Every CCTV camera in India's STQC and BIS registries — who registered it, until when, and who supports the brand near you. Data as of 16 Oct 2026.
The Navigator puts two public Indian registers side by side: the STQC IoTSCS Essential Requirements certificates for network cameras (STQC froze that list on 4 February 2026) and the BIS Compulsory Registration list of CCTV registrations complying with the security ER, which is where new cameras now appear. It holds 2,215 listings from 47 brands and 58 registrants. The registrant is the company that holds the registration; it is often not the name printed on the box.
Valid-to dates are as printed in the registers. Of the 1,123 security-ER listings, 411 end within 12 months of 16 Oct 2026 and 18 have already passed. Pick a state or an industrial cluster under "Support near you" to see the listed partners, vendor offices and service centres of 9 vendors; the place changes the support columns and the block below the camera table, and never removes cameras from the list. A listed partner is not an endorsement.
For one model, use the certificate checker; for the full camera list as a table, the certified camera finder; for month-by-month changes in both registers, the certification changelog. Check the original register before you put a model into a purchase order.
