As of 14 Oct 2026, CP Plus is the only one of seven CCTV brands checked with a searchable service-centre locator: it lists a centre in the main city of 8 of 10 clusters, but none in Chakan, Faridabad, Hosur, Morbi, Tiruppur, Sriperumbudur or Peenya. Sparsh lists branch offices in four cluster cities. Prama and Hi-Focus publish no locator.

The CP Plus locator returns every centre in the searched pincode's state, not only the nearest one. A Faridabad (121001) or Gurugram (122001) search returned one Haryana centre, in Sonipat 131001 (CP Plus IntelliServe locator, checked 14 Oct 2026).
On the same page, the CP Plus locator's own counter showed 57 "Carry In" entries, 3 "Onsite Installation" and 7 "Onsite Service" (checked 14 Oct 2026). All centres listed for these clusters are run under the brand owner's name, Aditya Infotech Ltd.

Where brands differ
CP Plus is the only brand here with a public, pincode-level answer. Its locator gives a street address, phone and email per centre, so an owner in Ludhiana or Surat can see the nearest official centre before buying.
Prama and Hi-Focus route service through a central desk. Prama's contact page lists a separate repair-service line in Mumbai, and Hi-Focus offers a toll-free number and a ticket form. Neither page names a city where a camera can be handed in (checked 14 Oct 2026).
Honeywell and Godrej sell through partners. Honeywell's India page says its security products are sold through authorised distributors and dealers, and its dealer finder asks you to fill in a form. Godrej's Security page offers an online service request and a toll-free line.
Sparsh publishes branch offices, not service centres. Its contact page lists a Noida head office, a Panipat tech hub and 18 city branches, five of them in or near the clusters here: Faridabad, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Bangalore (checked 14 Oct 2026). What breaks in a factory
CP Plus's warranty policy (SVC24_1, 1 Apr 2024) sets the terms most likely to matter after a failure:
- Carry-in, not on-site. IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs and PoE switches carry 24 months of carry-in warranty and 0 months of on-site installation and service.
- You pay the courier both ways. The product "must be delivered/sent via courier to the nearest service centre on a freight paid basis by the customer", and transit risk both ways rests with the customer.
- Power damage is excluded. The warranty excludes "damage of the circuit due to high voltage", water seepage and burnt cases. All accessories, including power adapters, are excluded.
- The invoice is mandatory. Free repair needs the sales receipt or invoice showing the purchase date.
- Operating limits. The warranty applies only if the product was protected from dust, heat, humidity, water seepage, low voltage and high voltage.
For a plant in Chakan, Hosur, Morbi or Faridabad, the nearest CP Plus centre is in another town, so a failed NVR means a courier trip, not a counter visit. Because high-voltage damage is excluded, surge-protect the NVR and PoE switch, and keep a spare camera on the shelf for the lines that matter most.
When to call the installer / what to ask the vendor
Ask before signing the purchase order, not after the first failure:
- Which service centre handles this pincode, and is service carry-in or on-site?
- Who pays courier freight and transit risk during warranty?
- Is a replacement unit given while the camera is under repair?
