About this data

The Navigator holds 130 support measures for manufacturing plants: 21 from the Centre and 109 from Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. One line is one benefit of one scheme, so a state policy with a capital subsidy, an interest subsidy and a quality-certification refund appears as three lines, each with its own rate, ceiling and conditions

Every rate, ceiling and date is taken from the scheme's own document: the policy text, the government order or notification, the ministry's guidelines or press release, or the circular of the agency that runs it (DGFT, CGTMSE, NCGTC). Each line links to that document and names the paragraph or page where the number is printed, with the date it was last checked. Where a document does not print a number, the Navigator does not show one

The estimate adds up only what can be worked out from your capex, machinery value and term loan, using the formula of each measure. It counts one measure per policy and benefit type, because state policies usually let a plant take one capital subsidy, not several. Guarantees and duty exemptions are kept apart from cash: a guarantee lets you borrow without collateral, and EPCG lets you import machinery without paying customs duty in return for exports, but neither puts rupees in your account. Measures that depend on payroll, tax paid or power bills are listed without a total

Measures whose printed end date has passed are not shown, unless the ministry still describes the scheme as running; then the line says what was checked and when. The Udyam size (micro, small, medium, large) is the one on your certificate. State documents written before April 2025 use older size limits, so check the clause before you apply

Estimate, not legal or tax advice. Check the clause before you apply. Eligibility is decided by the nodal agency named in each line
